Not Happy News

So, the mega electronics place called today. After two weeks of them having my hard drive and calls asking, "Which files did you want us to save?" and them telling me it was working (plus the guy at the store who told me, "We can save these."), the message states that they cannot save the files. Which is annoying me to no end.

Thank goodness my vacation starts at 11:30 PM CST tonight. I need it right now.
